Rent

· Daily rental rate is $325 per night for up to 6 people.

· 10% discount for stays of 15 days or more.

· $175 one-time cleaning fee.

· Free cancelation if you cancel 10 days before your arrival date.

· Cancelation fee of 25% of rental payment if canceled less than 10 days before arrival date.

Direct Rental:

· Send your dates request to gingerhouserentals@gmail.com.

· We will send confirmation on your dates, an invoice and short-term agreement.

· Once you approve the terms, we will request payment through Venmo.

· After processing the payment, we will send checking instructions.
